RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Arena Supplements India
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility (IMPORTANT)
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt/order ID)
- A full uncut unboxing video is mandatory
👉 The video must clearly show:
- Package condition at the time of delivery
- Opening of the package
- Product inside the box
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, returns will NOT be accepted under any condition.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at:

Provide:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Unboxing video proof
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
Damaged / Wrong Product
- You must report within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is compulsory
- Without video proof, claims will be rejected
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or consumable goods
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after inspection & approval
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank
